Using the best Cachaça is a must. Pair that with the perfect recipe and elevate that moment to a truly unique experience!
Our recipes have been created and extensively tried in Brazil, and then exported to the world. Judging from the countless happy customers who enjoyed over 30 million caipirinhas during the summer festivals, those recipes are a big success. Read on to know more and share your thoughts with us and your favourite recipes with friends and family.
Important fact: even though many people believe that the original Caipirinha recipe uses brown sugar, that is not true. Caipirinha is traditionally enjoyed with white sugar but that does not stop you from experimenting and finding your perfect mix.
Beginning: The Base Process
- Start by cutting limes in half, and then cut each half into four pieces. If using other fruits, replace the limes in this step.
- Add sugar to your preference (variety and quantity).
- Put the lime pieces in a glass and squeeze them to get juice and zest out.
- Add ice cubes and stir slightly.
- Add Cachaça by Caramba Bar and stir a final time to perfectly blend the flavours.
- This is the most important step: enjoy!
